Joe Bannon appraised our home and did a great job. I liked the fact that he was able to do the appraisal on short notice and asked for required documents before his arrival so that I had time to get them ready. He inspected the exterior and interior taking pictures as he went and completed the inspection in about an hour. His report was sent to the mortgage company within 2 days.
